We have been using Connecten for 10 months now in several areas of the country and we have been very pleased with our service and connections. Any time we move to a new area and need assistance with checking on a stronger provider the tech team has always helped us out with very quick service always getting us hooked up with the best provider for the area we may be in. Angel recently assisted with getting our service reinstated after we suspended due to having our RV repaired for 3 weeks. Great response and promptly got us back in service.

I've been a customer coming up on two years now. I'm pretty much a full time RVer living in my motorhome and no I'm not homeless just houseless for now. Looking for a piece of property to build on for the future. This being the case I move around a lot and today I talked to Angel so she could find me the most optimized connection for my current location. It took about 6 or 7 minutes today. I truly love my Connecten, when I stop while travelling if my connection is slow a quick call to Angel or one of the other customer service reps get me up to speed in less than 30 minutes, Thanks Connecten!
