ConnecTen InternetReviews of connecteninternet.com

I have talked to tyler personally as opposed to a ficticious person. He has been excellent and very helpful with any questions. I highly reccommend Connecten internet.

Service has been working very well for us we are very happy with it.

Using for the first time this weekend. Working great in an area with weak cell service. Streaming without any issues. I called support after hours when setting up. Solved my problem immediately, it was me! Working great.

Rochelle got right to fixing my issues as we spoke. Where I live in a camper causes constant droppage of speed so I need to regularly call in to have my system refreshed. I normally have speed returned within 5 min. but rarely it might take longer than that. Rochelle along with the other agents are a great help in keeping my internet speed running as fast as possible.

I suspend my account once in a while throughout the year when I'm not going to be using it and Connecten makes it so easy. Rochelle took care of reactivation in just a couple minutes.

When I call, I get an actual person on the line quickly that handles my needs.

We used connecten across the entire northern states and the east coast and were very happy with the performance! I would highly recommend them and Angel in customer service was great.

I was having connection issues , called and spoke with Rochelle , who promptly resolved my issue. She was professional and very helpful.
