Customer Service was great.

The internet is fast, and customer service has been great every time I've talked to them.

We have been using ConnecTen for almost four months. It’s been as reliable as the Verizon 5G it replaced (occasionally, once every day, or two browsing drops out for a couple minutes, oddly TV streaming is unaffected). Every time I needed assistance, I used the chat feature on their website and got prompt support, even at odd hours.

It's truly plug and play. No more dealing with multiple hotspots or carrier dead zones. My unit from ConnecTen just finds the strongest signal - whichever carrier it is. Have used it for more than 14 months of camping. I tell everyone how great and easy it is. Customer service is amazing 24 x 7.

Great service, real people!!! When you call you get a real person right away and often the same person! It offers great coverage with multiple providers and the best service I have had in a while.

Great experience

We have been using our ConnecTen internet for about a year when we travel in our RV. Unfortunatly we do not get a good cell signal at our home. When on the road ConnecTen has worked flawlessly and when any issues do crop-up we get a live body to talk to and have always gotten resolution within 30 minutes or less. I highly recomend ConnecTen Internet.
