Called this evening and spoke with Rochelle about us not getting a good connection. She called us back and advised that cell service where we are is quite limited but she got us connected and its been working great since. Thank you Connection and Rochelle for your great customer service!

We have been using ConnecTen for just over a year now. We use it in our camper when we are on the road, so we just reach out each time we change locations and they find the best speed and provider available. Jasper has been super helpful the last few times we've needed a change. It is also super easy to stop/start our service when we aren't on the road. We just pay $15/month for the months when we aren't on the road. Very statisfied with the product and would recommend to anyone needing internet.

I used ConnecTen while RVing this summer. Set up was easy, communication was great. If I did have an issue they were only a text away and were very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues. The only issue I had was remedied by resetting my modem to connect with the best towers, but I never lost Wi-Fi. Rochelle V. was very helpful and pleasant. My service is paused right now but I'm looking forward to getting back in the RV and using their service again.

I started using Connecten 2 years ago when I bought my motorhome. One of my favorite YouTube creators promoted it and I’ve been very happy with the service. Because I travel a lot I talk to customer support often and all the agents do a great job. Talked to Rochelle today when I arrived here in Montana from Idaho and she switched me over to another stronger provider. So far as long as I’ve got a signal on my cell phone then I have internet and streaming too.

Prompt response to any ( always a short term issue )problem and good to great internet literally anywhere !!

I live in a R.V. Park the WIFI is weak comes And goes. Connect 10 even though it's To pricey for me for someone like me on Social security. Connect 10 Makes my Internet experience 100% Better I enjoy it so much, I have to have the unlimited service I do like it.
