I like the service 100% Reliable

We use ConnecTen in our RV. We had tried a number of other providers over the past few years but we’re never satisfied with our Internet connection. We are extremely pleased with ConnecTen. The services worked very well for us as we have traveled across the US. If there ever is an occasion where we arrived at a new locution and had slow Internet service, we were able to call tech-support and they were able to re-scan for better service. The tech-support staff is very friendly and very responsive.

I love the fact that they have a great customer support couple of times that I've had a small issue. They take care of it immediately they're very pleasant to deal with & keep working on your issue untill it's working 100%. I've had several Internet companies over the years. I've been with connect Ten for about a year now and it has been the best one ever I would never go back to anybody else. Thank you, Rochelle V. for all your help today.

Connecten is very responsive in changing service as I travel to different locations.

The current purchase is the ongoing purchase. Since we got our new box a couple months ago everything is great. I think we have only had to reset one time and we move all the time. We love the customer service and the ease of everything. We would recommend to everyone!

This service is awesome! I can't think of a single negative thing to say about it. You have a problem, get on chat and 5 minutes later someone is working on your issue. This last time, Jasper more than quadrupled my internet speed in just a few minutes. 10/10 in my book!

Tech support was very helpful and worked to fix my connectivity issues even though it was the weekend.
