ConnecTen InternetReviews of connecteninternet.com

Chatted with Angel a few times now and he has been great. I’ve had my service checked for the fastest speed while out in the RV and they always get it right! They make it easy to suspend and start my service anytime I ask them to on their chat. Always satisfied with their service!

I have ConnecTen...live out in the country so my signal strength changes...this time my router wasn't letting the company know its working. Mysti was my service rep...she got it working quickly and with EXCELLENT customer service....if I could give 6 stars, I would!

Angel is very pleasant to speak with. She was very helpful when it came to adjusting my subscription. This is a very good company.

Mysti was courteous and very helpful. She responded quickly and resolved my issue.

Mysti could amazing care of me and I couldn’t be happier!!!

I contacted Angel to change the user name on the router and it was done very quickly. Always the best service.

No issues in the last couple of years except one minor snag that was quickly and efficiently resolved with a quick reboot of our system via an online update. We highly recommend ConnecTen for your internet provider, especially if you live in your RV fulltime like us over the past 6 years.

The monthly renewal of services is very timely and accurate. Reminders come out in advance so that you are aware of your renewal and allows for changes if needed.
