The only reason I am rating this 4 stars and not 5 is because I only used it a month before we packed our camper away. Getting the service was super easy..I love being able to pause it over the winter and like having different service providers. I would definitely recommend to any campers. Switching to a different provider is easy..but my one recommendation would be to have a clear, easy to find process to change cell service provider.

I am very happy with connecten internet. When we have a problem with our internet they take care of it. The problem I have is with AT&T internet from connecten it is very slow at times reminds me of dial up internet when we had it.

We are currently completing an RV trip through the mid-southern states. We stayed mostly in rural campgrounds within 30 miles of a sizable city. Service was always available although in some instances with noticeable delays. In only a few instances we chose to use the CG wifi.

The speed was pretty good (I received 110down) But want I needed it the most It worked perfectly I'm using there $49 plan Only for backup Wen my starlink goas down And it happens often In the bed weather here Very happy I found this company

Their maintenance service to fix internet service issues is outstanding. However, the internet is basted upon the coverage provided by the various internet services within my coverage area. Unfortunately, for me my specific location happens to be on the fringes of theses providers which determines the strength of signal which I am able to receive. ConnecTen does an outstanding job diagnosing and selecting the best service at that moment within in minutes of receiving my email. Thank you to all at ConnecTen for their immediate assistance!!!

Only 4 stars cause nothing is ever perfect. It works great this far. Only thing I don't get is why I had to pay a one time non refundable $199 fee for the product, and then if or when I stop using it I have to send it back and no refund or core charge given back to me. That's the only thing I don't like.
