Horrible service. Never answer the phone. Please save your money.

I trusted the reviews here and placed two orders. One on July 23 for 40 pages and one on July 25 for 3 pages. On July 26, I specifically asked them to check if all 25 documents were in the archive files. I was told that "Don't worry, all files are safe and they will be taken care of" I emailed to ask about the status of the first order on July 29. First, they told me to wait until July 31. Then, they said there were just two documents. So, after a whole week, nothing was done but tell me the files were lost. The sales rep (Alex) is very friendly. However, their response is very slow, about 24 hours. By the time they responded, time was wasted and no job was done. So, use the service at your own risk! To be fair, I am adding follow-up information. Upon back and forth communications, Connected did make things right. However, it added 3 extra days. So, I change the rating to two stars.

Connected translation did an excellent job translating a document from Malaysian to English and did so very quickly. Will definitely use this firm again if I require any kind translation work.

I need a very fast translation of contract from Catalan to English. They were extremely helpfull in working with me to get it done as soon as possible. Everyone I talk was very helpful and made things much easier.
