The translation was fine. It was 2 days late.

Everything went good other than a lack of communication about when the translation was done. The time it took was good, only 4 days. The final test will be if the German government accepts the translation as accurate.

The start was easy, but after that I received I think two emails that made me think that I was in a wrong truck. It was that I needed to pay again to have the work done. All this happened over a weekend. Monday morning everything was clarified and Monday late afternoon I have received my translation

I’ve used Connected Translation on about 6 or 7 times since June 2024 (various dates). They offer a fast turnaround in their digital delivery, with optional Notary service of the translation at an additional fee. All costs are stated upfront, so there are no surprises. I’ve even had some documents delivered digitally within 2 days. When submitting a request, you get an almost immediate response with the price quote. After completing your order, the order is promptly acknowledged. On a couple of occasions I was contacted later to ask if I needed Notary services, to which you can either say yes (it’s a stated fee) or decline. Their Customer Service is good. They recently helped me on a particular Translation/Apostille/Notary project which, for several reasons, did not work out to my satisfaction. I even received a personal phone call from a company representative who offered options for completing the project, which, unfortunately, did not meet my needs. Therefore, to my complete satisfaction, Connected Translation refunded 100% of my money. I was very pleased. I will be using them for future translation projects as they come up.

Personal attention made this experience great. They answered my calls and kept in contact with me. What I would improve: Ask if I want the documents certified and notarized in the first contact. It was only after the process was started that these questions were asked. One was on the original order form. The other was not. 2. My pages weren't collated properly. It was my fault initially because I didn't have the resources to do this but when returned it would've been very useful. Outcome: I needed these to get married in another country. I still have not been able to because the translated forms weren't Apostilled, like the originals were. Probably not a service you can provide, but it would've helped me. Anyway, I got the indications that this business really cares if you are satisfied. Thank you.
