ConnectedtranslationReviews of connectedtranslation.com

I’ve been doing family tree research for over thirty years. I came across a family document from 1848, written in French from Alsace Lorraine. I’m extremely pleased with the translation service. I now have a marriage document signed by my ancestors. Their service was completed in two days at a very reasonable rate.

I work for a title & escrow company and manage our recording delay division. We had an outstanding issue for several months due to needing a death certificate translated. We searched for what seemed to be forever to find a legitimate company that was reasonably priced to complete this for us and we found ConnectedTranslation! When I say that they have excellent customer service, I truly mean that! They communicated with us the entire way through the process & we had the notarized, translated document back within 24 hours. The prices are 100% reasonable and their quality is impeccable! We will definitely be using their services again should the need ever arise!

Needed various official documents translated and notarized, they made it easy to upload my documents, translation was fast and to the point, and the price was very acceptable! Thank you!

Very unprofessional. They made 3 mistakes in one page of translation of my Diploma. I sent the 3 time what they should correct a d every time they did the same mistakes. They even changed (I suppose they are not able to read on another language) my last name. And on the fist front of page of my Diplona they even forgotten to put my last name. Do t waste your money and time with thus unprofessional company.

Terrible service. False advertisement online with „Next Business Day“ delivery, later they reached out and told me it will be 3 days because my order is complex (1 page, Gernan to English…). I tried to cancel because I would miss my appointment at DMV with the late delivery. They are not allowing cancellation. When calling you are transferred to the „sales department“, who will not respond to any customer inquiries. Customer management only available via mail and takes 1 day to respond. Take your business elsewhere!

Great experience. Very good customer service, and they offered a very good price for their services. I would definitely recommend.

My favorite translation company, so responsible as well as responsive, which is crucial for me as I have to prepare my immigration documents. Highly recommend.

Fast service and good translation - when I had a query regarding pricing and quotes it was dealt with quickly. Excellent customer service
