The negotiations started way later than…
The negotiations started way later than was explained to me. The settlement, I feel was pretty weak considering the balance increased by more than half the settlement savings and combine that with the fees, I actually think I went backwards. I ended up the biggest loser because the program destroyed my credit. Hoping the rest go way better as Elan had offered me a 50% balance refuction.
