Outstanding Service With Your Best Interest At Hand
I've only been with them for a couple of months but so far, so good. I was with another company for just about 1 year & was hardly making any progress. I switched my 4 accounts over & immediately, they went to work & they have started getting settlement agreements, something the other company was not getting. I believe they have the customers best interest & they are there to help you thru the process. To date, I'm completely satisfied.

The result is slow
The result is slow, multiple agents is calling you.and to let you know they are negotiating to my Banks credits. Its been almost 9 months the service are so slow. They are not paying in full. They are changing my address so that cannot receive a bill from my credit cards.

Stay away. Run fast
Same complaint. Run around. After 5 months and 1600 paid. 30.00 dollars went to creditors. Yes 30. What do I get back??? 20.00

Credit score destroyed. Score now below 450.
Credit cards/accounts not included in program cancelled/closed. I have NO credit now. I have no idea when I can restore or have even one credit card. Credit score destroyed. Score now below 450. Also, I should mention, you have not skipped any opportunity to collect fees. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of fees. Many times each month. At this point you must have collected at least the same amount in fees as you have collected in payments. How much longer will this go on? Should I expect my credit score to be destroyed for the next 4 years? Please give me a clue as to a timeline. It is impossible to operate like this. You have , according to what I was told, 24 days to resolve this. It does not seem like it is going to happen. Please make something happen. So far the 2 accounts that you have "settled" say that I am still delinquent. Continuing to crush my below 450 credit score. Please tell me how this will be resolved.
