Our experience with the nursing, lab and office staff was amazing. We could not have asked for better support and care. We didn't feel like a number as in previous experiences. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star review is because of our retrieval experience. As I got closer to retrieval and medication dosages changed, some of the staff that we came in contact with were very critical of our test findings. If I didn't advocate for myself, I wouldn't have gone to retrieval. But the biggest concern for me was when I was going to retrieval my nurse said that another doctor would be doing my retrieval other than my assigned doctor to my case. I was fine with that. They all have the same training and hope for the same outcome. I just wanted to make sure that they went after all my eggs rather than just the biggest ones. In my past, I had better results from some of my smaller eggs becoming embryos. My nurse said that all the doctors pride themselves on the number of eggs they get from retrieval to retrieval and brag about it. The day of the retrieval the doctor was running late and I didnt get to meet her before I was put under. Didn't get the ask questions I wanted addressed. The staff assured me that they would take care of me and my concerns would be addressed. Well I woke up to only having a few larger eggs retrieved and the rest were left behind. How disappointing and scary. All my hopes and dreams felt taken away. This expensive, life altering chance was wasted I felt like. None of our embryos made it. All my time away from work and my family gone without any new answers. I feel like we had better results at our last clinic feeling like a number than we did at this revolutionary clinic. This has really affected my future plans and I don't know if I want to try again after this failure. I wish there was an actual follow up after my failed retrieval. A check in from my nurse or another staff would have been nice. But I hope and pray for everyone else in their experience at Conceptions that they might have better results than I did. 3088703255

Conceptions truly cares about their patients! They are upfront about costs, they explain options and procedures well, and they strive for the best outcomes possible.

They get the job done. Terrible organization, terrible follow up. You have to organize your own treatment or else things could get messed up. They definitely nickel and dime you for everything. We had a terrible absent and disorganized nurse the first time but got a better one on our second cycle.

Overall, great experience. The nursing staff is very helpful. The primary doctors can appear a bit rushed in meetings.

Conceptions was very through and attentive to every detail of the process. I enjoyed working with the entire staff as everyone was helpful. They had excellent customer service and were able to help me with any questions throughout the entire process.

So far everything has been great!

This a tough experience to go through but I have felt very comfortable with Conceptions. The staff takes the time to really get to know you and Dr Greene has been very easy to communicate with
