The staff was friendly however they used a lot of acronyms which made understanding my situation difficult. I was also a little disappointed that the financial information I was given was not the whole picture, as I had been lead to believe it would be, but instead, the cost to get the tests required before we could begin the fertility treatment process. I was hoping to get a better understanding of the costs and process for the whole endeavor up front.

My wait was about 25 minutes while I was pantsless on the table. Didn’t really feel all too taken care of or prioritized. The procedure was quick and efficient but the wait just made it so much more uncomfortable.

I really wanted this to be a great experience and we (my husband and I) did hear results on some testing we had prior to our first visit. However, we expected to hear more from the team on options for us. After speaking to the doctor, a nurse met with us and discussed in detail all the testing recommendations, but many of them we had already completed with the clinic that week. Billing had similar miscommunications. They called me in advance and discussed everything but at the visit was uninformed of those discussions. They were very proactive but the day of my visit was disorganized and seemed that all the team wasn’t communicating. The staff is all very kind and knowledgeable though.

The Conceptions downtown is very rude and not very personable. I would not recommend them to anyone. Our doctor was not caring and didn't seem to understand our frustrations when trying to conceive. The one in Littleton is Amazing! Everyone is kind and polite and caring. I am very happy with my experience there. I do think I was forced an ultrasound of my uterus that I didn't need. I said this multiple times before going in because I have produced 2 healthy children already with a dis-shaped uterus. I was told it would be reviewed and haven't heard anything. We are now expecting so that wasn't an issue to begin with. I paid off everything else.

The office staff was absolutely wonderful! Our doctor was very intelligent, and knowledgeable in her field. I made a point to express a few things I wanted to avoid, repeatedly. Saying that it was very important to me. She assured me we would never do anything I was uncomfortable with. At the next appointment she suggested using those specific things as a path to our desired end. Also, for the billing dept. I got my bill well after the due date. I paid before the 30 grace, but was billed a late charge, because it didn’t post immediately. When I called I was on hold for approx. 20 min, and never got a human to talk to.

Not impressed with the doctor’s mannerism

I had great difficulty getting information from conceptions initially. It was very difficult to call and get information about what exact procedures were available and what steps to take. Much of this may be because they do not have very many customers that live at a distance. The doctor I worked with was excellent and answered all my questions. I have had inconsistent experiences with nurses with some of them giving more information than others. Most of the office staff is Very friendly, but I have also had some interactions with a couple individuals that were not. Overall, my review is on the experience not the actual quality of care which I believe is excellent.

The Denver office has nice staff. At the Lafayette office, no one seemed happy and the front desk made fun of a patient’s availability problem after hanging up with them. I could hear the whole thing from the lobby.
