After having gone through two doctors and 3 treatment cycles I have to say the best thing about Conceptions is the nurses. They are thoughtful, organized, and attentive. They were always there to answer any questions and to guide us through every process. Their care alone made each cycle bearable. Dr. Bush was very competent and handled my difficult situation infinitely better than our first doctor. However, he does not possess the best bedside manner. The financial department has improved recently but seems understaffed. Pricing seemed steep for our first cycle but was more than fair for our last two cycles. Overall I am so glad we went through all of this with Conceptions and not the bigger competition.

We recently moved to Denver from Texas, and knew that we wanted another child. My experience with Conceptions and Dr. Bush far exceeded what I went through in Texas for fertility treatments. Dr. Bush and his staff truly listened to me and my history, and they were able to guide me through a successful egg retrieval procedure and embryo transfer, each in one round. I began this journey about 6 months ago, and now I'm 12 weeks along and expecting a little boy in October! Our family couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you for making it as smooth as possible! We really enjoyed our experience with everyone we encountered at Conceptions!

coming in, not knowing NOTHING about IVF and how it works was really a whirlwind of emotions. However I met with Dr Bush and this man knows what he is talking about. The one phrase that made me feel so much better was..."You are in control". I have never heard that from a Doctor before. I will soon be starting my IVF treatment and super excited. He also is very understanding because this is no longer the "rich" person treatment, it's my treatment.

I appreciate the timely communication and the caring providers, who make sure I am fully informed about all of my options.

I worked with Dr. Grindler and the conceptions team for about a year in helping me to overcome my fertility issues. Both the doctor and nurses could not have been more friendly, professional, helpful, and encouraging throughout my entire IVF process. They were patient, understanding, and made it a point to explain to me my options while answering each and every single question I had. They worked with me and my husband on our ideal timeline and made our dream of starting a family a reality. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Grindler and the entire Conceptions team.

5 Stars! Conceptions got me pregnant after a very long road of difficulties and road blocks. I highly recommend Dr. Greene. He is one of the most compassionate and understanding people I have ever met in my life, let alone a doctor. He has held my hand during our meetings with him because I was so absolutely terrified and he always offers the most heartfelt advice. He truly cares about his patients and your results. The IVF process is never easy but we had open communication with Dr. Greene and the team about my anxieties and worries and that really helped. The only CON to this place is the communication. All of your communication is done through your nurse and it seems as though they have parameters for lab results and ultrasound results that they can make changes without having to contact the doctor and that I personally didn't like. I wanted Dr. Greene to handle all of my stuff and that isn't the way they do it. It ended up working out. I did have a bit of a rough time in my retrieval with the communication with my nurse but my transfer was amazing and my coordinator was the best. The moral of the story is that I am pregnant, having a baby girl and I will be back for transfers in the future. Thank you Dr. Greene, Veronica and Tanya for everything!

I am very appreciate of the friendliness and effeciency of the staff. I live out of state and the office has been so helpful at helping me to coordinate care so that I do not have to travel back and forth for testing and labwork. The staff is also very knowledgeable and willing to help answer any questions I have thrown their way. I am thankful that I transferred to this clinic and am excited for the future.
