The shoes arrived with a noticeable black spot on them. I contacted the company and was given a vague response that they were ‘reaching out to a vendor’ and would get back to me. That never happened. I’ve heard nothing from Joshua at Complex since. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. Won't be ordering from this site ever again.

Took over a month to ship my order. Meanwhile item went on sale at $10 off even though they didn't ship my copy till after their sale. Slowest shipping ever. First and last time ordering from them.

I ordered the Eminem Stans hoodie. The description doesn't give a size chart so I emailed customer service to inquire about their sizes and they couldn't give me any details. They mentioned there was no size chart to refer to and so they weren't able to help me find my size at all. I Googled what complex hoodies generally fit like and many reviews mentioned they're oversized, based on that I ordered a size down. When it arrived, it was too small and they do not accept returns. Also the quality wasn't the best, wasnt thick, felt cheap. Now I'm stuck with a hoodie I can't wear. Took a few days to ship, arrived pretty quick. Even though customer service wasnt helpful, they still responded to my inquiry. If there was a size chart attached to the description and they accepted returns, they would get more than just 1 star even if I didn't find the quality that great.

I've had one of the worst experiences ever with Complex! Placed an order months ago and up to now, I still don't have the item. I requested a refund and it was denied. I received an email saying the order was delivered but it was not! I just want my freaking money back!!

I had a great experience with them. Trust me I was stressed when I noticed they turned off the comments on the TikTok that had the shirt I purchased being advertised. So I came to this website to see why. However my experience has been great. They do have a ton of preorder items, so that is why a lot of people have complaints of it being months before their item was delivered. I had accidentally put the wrong address on one of my packages and Joshua from their customer service replied ON A SUNDAY (out of their usual business hours, props to him) with a super helpful solution. Merely a day after I had made my issue aware to them. My items came in pretty quickly! TLDR: give them a chance, read the fine print when it comes to merchandise

Bought a muraki dodgers t-shirt for 60$ and the quality is very low. Looks like a 10$ t-shirt Quite disappointing

The shirt says it’s XL however the bag it came in says XXL. I also bought a XL shirt and can confirm they are the same size. I will be keeping the shirt as it still fits well surprisingly however am sadden that I didn’t buy another style shirt since the XXL was sold out. The shirts are also thin.

Was sent a used item with trash, gum, and a show program in the pockets. The graphic is also damaged on the vest. And it smells like body odor and smoke
