Great customer service!

Great online chat with rep to figure out what I needed. Then a callback from company rep to verify the correct part before sending out for delivery. Absolute excellent customer service, which is so uncommon these days. Hopefully this will turn around. Delivery was even made early. Thanks so much.

We initially received an incorrect finish to the product we ordered, but their representative corrected it immediately, sent us the return label, and replaced it the following day. In addition, we received a phone call confirming the change and ensuring the issue was resolved to our satisfcation. Excellent customer service.
