Will not let me collect my earnings...
Will not let me collect my cashback! So they got paid for my clicks, but they won’t give me the money that I earned. They keep telling me to put in a valid phone number and then get the text validated and it still will not let me move on to collect my money that I’ve earned. I will be contacting the attorney general right away!!!!

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! With H&R Block, they set the prices of their products on their site. With store retailers, they might be able to offer a lower price based on their agreements as they are selling their products to consumers as a third party. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused with purchasing the H&R Block product on their site but if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

complete fraud!
They initially kept their promise and gave cash back for ~80% of the offer activated. But lately (last 2-3 months), they completely stopped processing any activated offer. I contacted their customer service, but they said 45 days are needed to process a cash back, but in reality more than 90 days have passed and never got cash back for any purchase. Turned out to be a complete fraud!
Response from RetailMeNotFeb 27, 2020
Hi Ray, we're sorry to hear that you have not received the rewards for your cash back activation and purchase within the 45 day window. If you would like to contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to manually review any purchases that are outside of the processing window.

RetailMeNot displaying NON Existent Offers
RetailMeNot displayed a promotion for $50 off at HotTubWorks. When I contacted the company, they new nothing about it. RMN should back up any offers they display on their site. Wont use it anymore because who knows if the offers are legit or not. BAD business practice, trading credibility for traffic. Need to contact FTC. re false advertising... How many other fake ads are on the site I wonder.
Response from RetailMeNotFeb 27, 2020
Hi Jock, we're sorry to hear about this experience that you had with using an offer for Hot Tub Works that you found on RetailMeNot. At this time, we do not have a direct partnership with Hot Tub Works so the codes on our site have all been user submitted. When we receive user content, the code or offer may be valid at the time of submission however, there are often no expiration dates with those offers. That does not allow for the invalid offers to come down when necessary. We will have our moderation team review this page and remove that invalid content. If you have any other question or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected].

They claim you can redeem into your venmo account and when I try to redeem the only option is PayPal. Unable to contact anyone for help. Would not recommend. Horrible customer service
Response from RetailMeNotFeb 27, 2020
Hi Julie, we're sorry to hear that you were not able to access the Venmo option when choosing to redeem your rewards. We did experience a temporary outage with Venmo earlier this month however, that has now been resolved. Also, if you are using an older version of our mobile app, that option will not be visible to you so we do recommend downloading the newer version of our app or visiting your RetailMeNot profile through your mobile browser so that the option is visible to you. If you have any other questions, please contact us either at https://help.retailmenot.com/s/ or directly at [email protected].

I installed the extension today and was SUPER excited as I often use Chewy.com and have more than one pet so I always end up spending SO MUCH MONEY THERE. I ALWAYS LOOK UP CODES TO use as I am always on the hunt to save money and I noticed that on the Retailmenot website, there was several very good coupons for Chewy.I did not hesitate to get the extension and login in all just to COMPLETELY WASTE MY TIME. This is exactly like HONEY who also claims they find all the codes and apply them. I have never gotten neither to apply the codes right so I am getting ready to delete both of these pieces of PURE GRADE A CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Amy, we're sorry to hear about this experience that you had with using the RetailMeNot Genie browser extension to search for a discount on your Chewy order. At this time, we do not have a direct partnership with Chewy so the codes on our site have all been user submitted.
