My experience with the Commons housing process has been amazing so far! I am so thrilled with how I've been treated. The lovely agent I was in contact with is Marisa! She was so patient with me the WHOLE WAY and answered all my (many) questions with urgency and respect. I was very skeptical at first (since I found the deal through Facebook and I have been scammed online before), but she constantly provided facts that made me believe this was a good gig to settle on! A staff who knows her stuff 👏👏. She went the extra mile to weigh pros and cons of other available options and guided me to my final choice!

Zack was amazing and very helpful during each step of the process. The tour was pretty straight forward but he was able to answer most if not all of the questions I had about the place and the process to apply.

10/10 thank you so much Melissa and Common My experience was great and extremely helpful felt like I definitely had help whenever I had any questions or concerns and the customer service was above and beyond made the entire moving and apartment finding experience so easy and non-stressful just amazing experience.

My experience at Common Webster has been iffy. I do appreciate Common answering most of my emails, which other landlords have not done. I also appreciate the cleaning crew for cleaning up all the mess the tenants there left over weekends. Also I think it’s at a good price point for what you get. I mostly had problems with other tenants who leave messes behind and seem to have emotional problems. Some girl bent my plug there and some guy wanted to pick a fight over fridge spots. Also the manager at this complex once sent me a threatening voicemail about subletting, when I had permission to sublet from Common. Also, I haven’t received my security deposit back and it has been over 21 days, which is against CA law. Update: It took them 3 months to return my deposit.
