Its everything. I don't think people (staff) understanding the people that live here. Not coming out to see the building and talking to the people that lives here. I mean people from New York. Most of the emails are not helpful either.

I forget the lady’s name that i spoke on the phone with but she was very helpful. I was trying to move into the Lanes on a Saturday when their move in days are only Mon-Fri. I emailed them multiple times and they said it would be okay if i moved in on saturday. Turns out it was not all okay. The code for the lockbox they sent me did not work. So i called the emergency line for Common and the lady that talked to me was very helpful and contacted maintenance for me. She was able to get a code for a different lockbox than i was told my keys would be in and turns out my keys were in there! I am very grateful to her.

Laarni was extremely helpful when I got locked out and made sure to get my codes working for my unit asap! Thank you!

Nathaniel was amazing to work with throughout my search! Despite having to do a virtual tour, he asked thoughtful questions to understand my needs and did a great job at showing me how my needs would be met with the rental. My application process was seamless. Nathaniel along with the leasing team were available to answer all of my questions along the way. This was a delightful experience overall and would highly recommend working with Nathaniel on your next move!

Grateful for this housing program

Absolutely fantastic, not only did I see mostly every single floor layout. Zack let me revisit some of them so I can make a informed decision. He didn’t mind at all, finding the right apartment that suited my needs was his main priority. He did the cost estimate with the sale promotion for me as-well. I felt confident in my decision and I’m looking forward to living in my new place for the next year!

From the beginning, every interaction I had with the Common staff was attentive, informative and educational. I had a lot of hesitations and inquiries and the staff, in person, virtually and through email were able to help me along and responded back rather quickly to help ease me into the process. Common itself is really straight forward, so much so that you think it is too good to be true, but in reality, what you see is what you get and moving across the country, Common has made it that much more easier.
