I am thoroughly impressed with the team at Common City Gardens. They were fantastic with both the move-in and move-out processes. I'm a university student, and I was worried about how flexible the leasing process would be, but the community manager, Micheal, is fantastic. He went out of his way to put my worries to rest and ensure that my living arrangements would be comfortable before I even signed a lease. Maribel, the renewals manager, is also amazing! She remained patient throughout the renewal process, with wonderful communication, and was so flexible with extending my lease a few days.

Zachery Faszczewski was very polite and professional on my Tour today. He explained every detail for me. He answered all my questions

If I could rate the individuals I've dealt with at Common, they would receive mixed reviews. I recently dealt with Samantha when trying to pay my rent, and she deserves a five out of five stars. She was responsive to my emails, easy to deal with and processed my case with urgency. However, the ticketing system made this a lengthy and frustrating process, as to initially get in touch with someone was nearly impossible. I received an email from someone called Herson informing me to pay my rent, but when I responded looking for some help, I received no response for about two weeks and tried emailing multiple times. I also have filed a ticket for a room transfer, and been in communications with someone called Julie. I have received no updates for nearly two weeks and tried emailing multiple times. But Samantha did inform me that my case is being processed after I asked her. But otherwise, how would I have known. However, I am disappointed about my room transfer as, like I told Julie, the appeal of staying at Common was the ease in transfer if I were unhappy. I also specifically asked not to live with a couple and am now doing so.

I was having a difficult time finding the right apartment until I found out about Common and it made finding a new home much easier! Even when I thought I had found the right home Leah Hight helped me check all the options in my preferred area to make sure I chose the one that was right for me regarding budget and location. She was extremely helpful and made the hunt easier than I thought possible. A few weeks away from my move-in date and I could not be happier with how easy and efficient the process was to move into such a great living environment at a reasonable price, a rare find in NYC.
