A Coach Who Hears Beyond Your Words
I am so thrilled that Andrea Roscoe was my coach. She truly listened, and in her responses to me I could tell that she not only understood my words, she understood what I wasn't able to formulate into words. She encouraged me where I needed it, confirmed that my level of stress was for valid reasons, and guided me in areas I wasn't quite knowledgeable enough. In the short time she worked with me, she became a trusted friend who I felt I could tell anything, and she would be wise enough to listen well and give helpful suggestions.

First of all great coaching
First of all , my coach , Coach Donald was well informed as to how to help me . I reached my goal with his great support. His patience with my since I’m 80 yrs young . Not to techie.

My experience with Coach Matt
My experience with Coach Matt was very helpful. He gave great feedback to me everyday and gave me tips to help me to be more successful with my weight loss. I also received additional tools from the Zoom video sessions that are great resources for me to use to continue my progress. I also like the various workouts that are available with the Svelte app.

EmpowerME 10
I went through the EmpowerME 10 challenge with coach Nea. I sent her a list of what I was eating/drinking (water) daily and she was encouraging and positive with her feedback to me. Thank you Nea! It was great to record my meals so that I could reflect on my meal choices. It also allowed me to see that my water intake wasn’t efficient. The program also provides a video on nutrition and another on vision and was taught by coach Glen. He is also super positive and extended a lot of grace to the online participants with their thoughts and questions. I especially loved the nutrition class on eating balanced meals; the right food, the right time and the right amount. I have never heard the concept of time enter a discussion on health and nutrition before. Being a diabetic and watching my carb intake that was an “a ha” moment. I guess common sense isn’t so common!😉 Thanks Glen! If you have a chance to experience working with these positive and supportive coaches, don’t hesitate! They are great!

I had an awesome call with Coach Grant
I had an awesome call with Coach Grant! He was very encouraging, supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled. Grant detected exactly where I’m at and where I want and need to be with my body and my health, and how Mere Svelte’s program will help me achieve my best and healthiest me. I am not able to join the program right now, so Grant was very kind, thoughtful, understanding and supportive, and he got me set up with 10 days free trial, to get me started on my health improvement path! ! Thank you Grant! You are wonderful and fantastic! It was a pleasure speaking with you!! I look forward to getting started with this amazing program!!
