12 lbs down, less inflammation, but most importantly, a life-changing new perspective. Thank you Coach Sandy and the whole team at Committed Coaches for giving so much of yourselves to help others (like me!) I’ve had an epiphany thanks to this program. It came after a very low point. The coaching from Sandy and the structure of the program lifted me out of it. I feel hopeful now rather than defeated.BETTER THINGSRight now, at this very moment, I choose better things. Better is the best choice. It grounds me. I’ve been trying to be perfect and that has been consuming me and stealing my joy. I’ve been trying to control things that are out of my control. Leaving no energy to be present and choose better. I see now that better is attainable. Better means any movement forward is a victory. Any victory can be celebrated and used to spur on another better choice. Perfection has been a roadblock. Instead of progress, it shuts me down and immobilizes me. It left me stuck! I choose better, I have been choosing better more often. I will have victory. That victory will feed the next victory and the next and the next. Better things mean that when a setback comes, my soul and mind will not grieve the loss of perfection. Even this process will not be perfect. That in and of itself will be a victory. What has made the experience so valuable is that it never feels like a one-size-fits-all program. The company itself has also done an outstanding job creating a supportive and professional experience. Communication has been excellent, expectations are clear, and I feel like my progress is genuinely being monitored and prioritized. Rather than simply providing a meal plan and sending me on my way, the coaching process feels collaborative and personalized. The accountability, education, and ongoing support have made a significant difference in keeping me motivated and on track.

I have only been working with my coach for two weeks but my mindset has completely shifted. I feel ready and supported. I feel like i have a connection to a coach who understands real life challenges.. informs me where i could improve while building me up and supporting me at the same time! I am loving this support.

Really appreciate the additional online group coaching, Q&A, recipes and one one one. You don't have to feel guilty about having that one slice of pizza. because they teach you what to do in addition to that. You also learn what to do for events or parties ahead of time to prepare. Kudos

I have been thrilled with the progress I am making and I am so thankful to this great team of coaches who have helped me in my journey since mid-April! I have received excellent answers to my questions, insight into the questions of others on Zoom meetings hosted by coaches, WISDOM from years of experience these coaches bring, and I have dramatically changed my eating habits and choices. I eat according to how I have been coached and I am seeing and feeling the results! Wow! I could never imagine coming to this place even just 3 months ago! I made a commitment based on the coaches commitments and I'm reaching for the stars! Sincere thanks to my personal coach and encourager Pete Clarke and to Chad and his hosts on Saturday afternoons! You're commitment means everything!
