I am still pretty new to this community…
I am still pretty new to this community but I feel like I’m off to a great start. I love the ‘no pressure’ approach that I get from my coach. I feel supported, I get access to great information about eating and fitness, and I don’t get a guilt trip if I can’t tap in for things like the live calls. And, on top of all of that, my weight is on a downward track. Looking forward to improving my fitness as I focus on body recomposition. Let’s go!! 🎉🎉

My coach Pam Zervas and the MAHA movement are amazing!
My coach, Pamela Zervas is amazing! She consistently sends to me much needed information daily on ways to stay committed and the encouragement that I need on a daily basis. I know that her commitment to help me and others on this healthy lifestyle journey is priceless! All of the other coaches that also work to give me advice and strategies for continuing on this lifestyle commitment are amazing as well!

good and helpful
I have been with you for 9 weeks and have received all the support from my trainer Pete and the others I have used on Zoom and everyone is nice, kind and persistent so that I reach my goal I have received all the support I have needed.

Jody is so dedicated and amazing
Jody is so dedicated and amazing. I am new here. Being a lifetime dieter I'm a tough nut to crack. I have many pre-conceived ideas and beliefs that I need to let go of...and that is not an easy task. Poor Jody is trying to coach me through and she is patient and kind all the way. She is always positive and encouraging. I am taking baby steps and trying to re-program myself and Jody has been nothing but positive and encouraging! Thank you Jody!

Committed Coaching works when you are committed,
I'm new to Committed Coaching. Unfortunately, I was not able to participate the way I would like to during the first 3 weeks. I had technology issues. Coach Drew was great at checking in with me and encouraging me without feeling pressured. The Coaching sessions have been valuable in getting me the information I need and I can apply it immediately. The program works when you are committed.

If you want REAL & DO-ABLE - this is the health pathway for you!
The coaching is the real value. The guides, advice, zoom calls, recipes, reviews are really helpful. The plan offers real purpose with real food. All that is offered is helpful & supportive. A Real tangible, useful and applicable method. What I liked most was, if I only took the simplest steps in this approach - I would be changing my relationship to food, improving my health, steadily (not needing to do it perfectly) shaping wellness in my body and mind. I chose this program because it was important to me that it would address a wide range of nutrition topics not just weight loss. I wanted to learn with real food how to integrate and have eating be balanced when life is crazy or messy or good.
