Committed coaches is very rewarding program with one on one personal coaching

Still early but pleased so far.

I know why they call this program “Committed Coaches” because they really are COMMITTED to helping you be successful and I really needed help to lose weight, get healthy and develop a strong mindset! Great company!

I don't know what I expected. But I thought things would be more like reading a how to manual. I did not expect such a personal relationship with the coaches. And then there are the other clients who I am getting to know through the chat session after every Zoom meeting. It motivates me to keep on keeping on.

So I’m quite adapted all these technology copy and pasting. I’ll try and sum up what I said on the first testimonial. I have been treated so well by this company. Even before I got connected with my coach, Brent, I reached out to the company to get in contact with the coach and their response was very quick and they showed so much understanding and compassion and they connected me with Brent quite quickly so I so appreciate that I felt hurt and seen and valued by them and Brent my coach. I really love my coach, Brent. He is very personable, understanding, nonjudgmental, and very affirmative. My guts have a few diagnosis'. And I think it’s kind of complex too read into all those and assist me. And Brent has done exactly that. He approaches me with a gentle and natural communication. So before I became in touch with this company, I hadn’t had a bowel movement really for about four or five weeks and I really scared myself with that. My son has a couple of diagnosis on his gut as well and I care for him by cooking for him and before I did not even have the energy to cook proper. So if I go down, so does my son. So at present day, I’m pooping two or three times a day and I think that’s been for about seven days or so and you don’t know how grateful I am progress coaching, and my ability to follow his instruction. And that might seem like a simple sentence to say and it’s life-changing for me. So I feel seen and hurt and valued by Brent I trust him and in that I’m learning to trust myself as well. And I listen to my gut and I try to my best to respect it and give it the things that it needs and my gut is starting to now trust me and I think that’s just fabulous. And I’m not on any of the supplements yet we’re just starting out gentle with the nutrition and I really like the way it’s going and I really can’t wait to continue my work with Brent. So I would give the company plus Brent a five out of five. It has been a life changer for me.

Coaches provide support by providing education, the why and how, along with encouragement in a realistic manner. While it is up to the individual to work at the principles ones coach is ever present to provide feedback in management of everyday life situations. The numerous video sessions provide a plethora of information that can be self timed.

My Coach Stacey is always available for my questions and concerns. When I have a concern about meal planning, she always has a helpful suggestion. She also helps me understand why things work the way they do in your body and helps me feel good every day.

I am SO glad I have a nutritional coach on my team. My coach has been such an encouragement to me. He's engaging, insightful, and knowledgeable. Knowing he's there prompts me to make better decisions for my health. I truly believe this is a huge step in turning my health around and a season for developing better habits for future positive outcomes. Thanks, Ashley!
