From beginning to continuing this life…
From beginning to continuing this life journey, I am gratified and appreciative of all the continued support and knowledge shared with all the coaches, especially the commitment from Dr. Gina Sam. Although I do not know her personally, my trust and respect for her is something to ponder. She is a godsend and rather rare amongst her peer group. Thank you kindly all!

The 10 day trial was a very informative…and individualized to my needs.
The 10 day trial was a very informative period with intense scrutiny of diet and exercise. The Coach took a serious look at my dietary habits to help effect a change. She took a very personal interest in my life style and was able to utilize what I had been doing and modify it to help with changes I needed to help with my health. I cannot say enough about the caring experience with committed coaches. If you have health issues that you are struggling with these are the people that can help!

Brenda was great coach
Brenda was great coach. She was helpful and encourging in helping me determine the best food and amounts for my situation. I'm feeling better pushing forward.

The program has been good for me
The program has been good for me. I've learned to believe in myself again. I was a lump of clay sitting around. Now I'm motivated to keep moving. Do my tai Chi, and eat right. Thank you Christian!!

Ilene Wynn is a fantastic coach
Ilene Wynn is a fantastic coach. I always felt supported during the 10 day challenge. Ilene always celebrated wins even if i thought they were small, she always was positive and when highlighting concerns or challenges she wanted me to focus on she was firm but compassionate. Within 10 days I'm finally putting myself first and not just saying it, im doing it. I'm also listening to my body and have learnt to give myself grace, especially when my body is unwell. The 10 days was awesome, to kick start me into gear and I know if I need her support once again, she'll be there. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks Ilene you are truly an angel.
