Honest and customer oriented company
I started working with Commercive around 1 month ago. They reply super fast and have almost everything you ask for that other suppliers might not have. I give 4 stars because Commercive's shipping partner changed their prices, which made it difficult for them to offer the same cost of goods that was agreed. However, after a slight back and forth, their executives approached and took responsibility for the prices that were agreed 1 week earlier. This showcases their honesty and respect for customers even during the busy Q4 season, which can't be said of all suppliers in the industry.
