Very unprofessional and rude guys. When you asked some questions they just ignored it. I don’t understand how you can cooperate when from the first communication service like this. Really not recommended.

I decided to join Commercive because I’d heard so many good things from other dropshippers. I honestly thought I’d finally get rid of the headaches around sourcing and fulfillment. Oh my God, how wrong I was. From the beginning, every product I sourced was $3 to $7 more expensive than other suppliers. Same product, same quality, same packaging but just significantly more expensive. When you’re doing hundreds of orders, that difference adds up FAST. The communication was one of the biggest problems. If you want to pay for your orders, you can’t just select the orders and pay like with other suppliers. You have to send them a message on Discord with the information, then wait for them to send you an invoice. And the waiting was ridiculous. Sometimes I waited over 24 hours just to receive an invoice. In one case, I waited around 35 hours because my new agent said I needed to connect my store, even though it was already connected. I replied within 10 minutes to ask what to do, then waited another 7 hours just for a response. They were replying to my 2 messages 17 hours after that I decided to use another supplier because it was ridiculous. Imagine selling hundreds of products every day and needing help with a few orders. Shipping also wasn’t anything special. They first order from the supplier, send it to their warehouse, then ship it out to the customer. So it’s around 12 days shipping, plus 1 day to get it to the warehouse, 3 days for packing and dispatch, and on top of that you still have the time waiting for the invoice. After I canceled my membership, they offered me a free month and promised a new agent would improve everything. Unfortunately, it was even worse: same overpriced products and slow responses. I really wanted Commercive to be a game changer, but for me it wasn’t. Paying $30/month for a service that was more expensive and slower than my alternatives just wasn’t worth it. You can get better suppliers and an easier service for free 1 star from me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Avoid this company if communication is important to you. I've been trying to get a simple quote since Saturday, and every time I reply within minutes, I don't hear back until the following day. If this is the level of communication before becoming a customer, I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting them with my inventory. Very disappointing experience.
