Commerce and their team is great, Abby, Luca, Mursal and the whole team is really nice and easy to work with. You can rely on them for good pricing, fast shipping, and their support is great - they’re there all the time to assist you with whatever problem you are having. Overall 5/5 stars for them would highly recommend other people in Ecom to use Commercive whether you are starting or already established - they will get you right!

I've been using Commercive for quite a while now, and it's become my go-to for sourcing and fulfilling orders. The customer service has been great, and I especially want to thank Mursal, Abby, Luca, and Terry for their continued support, professionalism, and willingness to help. They're always happy to assist with my orders, answer questions, and look into sourcing new products whenever possible. Communication has been great overall, and while time zone differences can sometimes affect when we're able to connect, their response times are generally quick once they're available. A special shoutout to Mursal, who's consistently on top of everything and makes sure orders, procedures, and follow-ups are handled properly. It's reassuring knowing there's someone actively keeping track of things and making sure everything runs smoothly. What I appreciate most is that the team genuinely makes an effort to help, even when I have specific requests or need assistance finding products. Overall, I've had a really positive experience with Commercive and appreciate the team's continued support. They've earned my trust over time, and I look forward to continuing to work with them. Highly recommend!

I decided to join Commercive because I’d heard so many good things from other dropshippers. I honestly thought I’d finally get rid of the headaches around sourcing and fulfillment. Oh my God, how wrong I was. From the beginning, every product I sourced was $3 to $7 more expensive than other suppliers. Same product, same quality, same packaging but just significantly more expensive. When you’re doing hundreds of orders, that difference adds up FAST. The communication was one of the biggest problems. If you want to pay for your orders, you can’t just select the orders and pay like with other suppliers. You have to send them a message on Discord with the information, then wait for them to send you an invoice. And the waiting was ridiculous. Sometimes I waited over 24 hours just to receive an invoice. In one case, I waited around 35 hours because my new agent said I needed to connect my store, even though it was already connected. I replied within 10 minutes to ask what to do, then waited another 7 hours just for a response. They were replying to my 2 messages 17 hours after that I decided to use another supplier because it was ridiculous. Imagine selling hundreds of products every day and needing help with a few orders. Shipping also wasn’t anything special. They first order from the supplier, send it to their warehouse, then ship it out to the customer. So it’s around 12 days shipping, plus 1 day to get it to the warehouse, 3 days for packing and dispatch, and on top of that you still have the time waiting for the invoice. After I canceled my membership, they offered me a free month and promised a new agent would improve everything. Unfortunately, it was even worse: same overpriced products and slow responses. I really wanted Commercive to be a game changer, but for me it wasn’t. Paying $30/month for a service that was more expensive and slower than my alternatives just wasn’t worth it. You can get better suppliers and an easier service for free 1 star from me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
