It was a wonderful experience. I called to check if our item was in stock and whether shipping was included to our post code. Our item safely delivered and assembled within a week with no hassles. They even called an hour earlier to give us a window of time that they would arrive. Very happy with my item and service

It is the most beautiful and vivid yellow I have ever seen in a couch. The delivery guys brought it up three flights of stairs and assembled it. It was just as we saw on their website. I would recommend Confyco Furniture and their products to everyone, they delivered it on the day they promised.

Customer wanted to buy a product and get a delivery to a Cape Cod, MA, where we don't deliver to. https://www.comfyco.com/shipping_and_delivery.php However, before placing an order they asked us to deliver there for a custom fee. A minimum delivery fee there would be additional $150. Customer agreed to pay that at the time of delivery. We submitted an order + sent customer an invoice with all details. In about 1.5 weeks, a day before scheduled delivery, customer for whatever reason started to say delivery should be free and refused to pay a delivery fee saying the $150 fee agreement was agreed with a husband and she is wife and knows nothing about it. Order got cancelled. Customer got charged for nothing and got a complete refund. Customer left a 1-star review.

I recently ordered a cloud plush queen mattress and delivery was great but it was when the delivery men leave that I realized I had gotten a firm mattress instead of the plush I ordered. The mattress overall was very beautiful and comfortable, but I would be even more satisfied and given a 5 star if I had gotten what I ordered

I've purchased through Comfyco twice over the past couple years. My experience was great both times. They have the fastest email responses. I ordered a dining set and couch this time, and there was an issue with the couch because the manufacturer didn't keep the initial date promised, but Comfyco was really flexible and helpful in dealing with the delay. They delivered my dining set first all the way to PA. Also, they set up the furniture for you. They are very gentle and careful with your house/walls and the furniture pieces. You can barely hear them put it together. I'd order again if I needed anything!

Pathetic experience, beware of buying anything from this site. Save yourself from future disappointment, it's run by just one person so you can't even escalate your concern with anyone. You can't return the item when if you don't like what's delivered. If you cancel your order even before it gets delivered, he will charge you 20% in the name of restocking fee, which is crap. He wants to make 20% profit even from the canceled orders. Takes forever to ship your item, save yourself from getting disappointed.

Customer bought 4 chairs, and for whatever reason realized only at the day of delivery it's 4 chairs and not a table + 4 chairs as he thought. He told us he wants to refuse and return. Unfortunately, there's a 20% restocking fee for each returned product which is being charged by all factories. We explained him that. He decided he doesn't want to lose some minor money to restocking fee so he will accept the 4 chairs. In few hours after a delivery he started calling the office saying he found those chairs somewhere else for a cheaper price and wants to return. At the same time he got rid of all packaging for the chairs so they could not be returned. Customer got really unhappy and said we are worst company since we don't deal with customers even if they make some mistakes...
