Flawless ordering, prompt delivery to central New Jersey and very competitive pricing. 4 instead of 5 stars due to lack of showroom or at least suggestions where to see and “touch” items in Comfyco inventory. I am planning to order more but only after I find store/showroom to check out the living room set I like. As for the current order, I was already familiar with the brand of the sofa-bed I bought, hence had no hesitation to order. Saved $100 by ordering from Comfyco as opposed to their competition.

We ordered on Sunday and the furniture arrived on Tuesday! Super fast. Guys were polite and professional. One of them put the sleeper sofa together super fast. However, another one could not figure out for a while how to put the office chair together. So the fast guy(older one) had to help him. They looked a little sad that the chair was uncomfortable. I was also super sad because I needed a comfy office chair and it seems that the chair would lean forward instead of backward. I was also sliding from it. When my husband came home, it turned out that they installed the chair backwards!!! Lol. It became very comfortable after the hb put it together correctly:) In general, you have to pay extra for installation at Waifair; while it was free with Comfyco. So we are happy with the overall experience.

I recently ordered a cloud plush queen mattress and delivery was great but it was when the delivery men leave that I realized I had gotten a firm mattress instead of the plush I ordered. The mattress overall was very beautiful and comfortable, but I would be even more satisfied and given a 5 star if I had gotten what I ordered

I've purchased through Comfyco twice over the past couple years. My experience was great both times. They have the fastest email responses. I ordered a dining set and couch this time, and there was an issue with the couch because the manufacturer didn't keep the initial date promised, but Comfyco was really flexible and helpful in dealing with the delay. They delivered my dining set first all the way to PA. Also, they set up the furniture for you. They are very gentle and careful with your house/walls and the furniture pieces. You can barely hear them put it together. I'd order again if I needed anything!

Quality of product was good and as advertised. Fast delivery too. Delivery men left a little too much miscellaneous debris but did a good fast assembly job overall.

My bed came quickly and the guys set it up amd finished in no less than 15 mins. The only thing i hated was rhe fact that they left the box the bed came with outside my house instead of taking it like most companies would. Almost got me a ticket from sanitation

I ordered the Athens Storage Bed and it was a great value, as it included shipping and assembly. It said that they will email you 2 days before the proposed delivery date to confirm, which they did, and they will call you 30 minutes before they arrive, which they did. My delivery was scheduled on Friday between 2pm - 6pm, and I got a call about 10 min before 1pm, and they asked if they can come around 1:30pm, which was great that they were coming earlier. But, they ended up arriving a bit after 2pm (Friday traffic can get you unexpectedly). After they arrived, they finished within 40 minutes, which was super fast. I could actually tell that they were really wanting to finish as quick as possible and get out of here (it was Friday afternoon... I could understand totally). The thing was, they were in such hurry, they almost forgot to put couple of pieces on the bed, thank goodness they saw it when they went back into the bedroom to show us how to use the storage part of the bed. After that, they quickly left, leaving all the cardboard and trash. I was not sure if they were supposed to take them or not.. Also, as soon as they arrived and went into the bedroom, they turn on the AC unit without asking (it was a cool day and the window was still open). So we went in to close the window. We didn't mind, but isn't it the polite thing to do to ask if it is ok to turn on the AC??? Other than that, the bed is great, looks and functions nicely, and the service (delivery and assembly) was really fast, we are happy with the bed.
