Dates on delivery on a websitee are not accurate, they say it's estimate, why you show them anyway?????? Delivery was late 10 minutes.

:) Well, that's what 'estimates' are for. It's not shipping. Thanks.

They have a good selection and very good prices but it comes with a cost- I ordered the couch a week ago. They charged my account but I still haven't heard from them when they are delivering it. They have just been giving vague responses when I call. There is no way to plan your schedule around them coming.

I was called prior to delivery to be notified of when the sofa was arriving, which was great because I could ensure I was home. However, when the sofa arrived I was told I had to pay an additional $30 for the delivery men to carry it up the stairs? And I had to ask them to assemble it which they looked a bit annoyed about. The sofa itself is very poor quality - the cushions don't even fit the sofa properly.
