Nice furniture, but poor customer service!
Ordering was easy, but then I got Nasty emails back to me from one of their salesmen about what a hassle it was to deliver it to me. I live about 30 miles from Washington DC, which they say they deliver to every week. He then suggested I might want to just cancel my order. You call that customer service? He also told me they would DEFINITELY not be delivering my order to me this week. He must have finally been overruled, since my order was finally delivered this week. The furniture I received was exactly what I was looking for as far as quality and style!
