Spent 2 frustrating months to find a company to assist me with much needed medical supplies for a life changing medical surgery. No results. Then along came an incredible call from Faith of Comfort Medical! She was extremely knowledgeable about my medical procedure, reviewed all products available & their functions. Faith sincerely asked me how I was doing with the care of my procedure & offered Comfort Medical’s in-house services that were available to assist me. Comfort Medical handled all the legwork from my Dr to my insurance, to getting my order processed & delivered promptly. Faith kindly kept me abreast through the processing of my order & was able to get a Supervisor’s approval for a sample pack of my basic must haves overnighted to me immediately until my entire supply order was delivered. I cannot say enough praises for Comfort Medical, Faith & every staff member that was involved in processing my supply needs & getting them to me so promptly. Their knowledge, efficiency & sincere caring is greatly appreciated.
