Comfort Medical is great to work with, especially Cindy S. in reordering. She has helped me navigate some murky waters in getting setup initially. Now everything is running smoothly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is my most recent shipment was packed so terribly that another day would have been certain disaster with catheters spilling all over the place! Other than this, Comfort is so great to work with.

I tried to order supplies online but it wouldnt let me, I was contacted by phone and ordered but it did not go through.

I was really impressed with the employees they helped me so much. First I got samples to try, They were perfect and I loved them. Then I got help setting my account up and my order processed. Every one I have spoken with was so great.

Extremely friendly & helpful. There was a mistake in what was shipped. They had the correct order overnighted with no hassles

Requested a change in the ostomy bags but still received the ones that I didn't like.
