I spoke with Joanne Folk. She went above and beyond helping me. The whole process was overwhelming to me but she made it seem so simple. U have one great employee in her. She was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. She never got impatient with me and I asked a LOT of questions. lol. She kept me updated on each step throughout the process. I couldn’t have gotten a better person that her to work with me. I couldn’t have done it without her. In my opinion she deserves a raise!! Also spoke with Harley. He is also a great employee. Very professional and also knew exactly what he was doing. He also made it easy in picking out what catheter’s I needed. Both of these worker’s helped me tremendously. The company is wonderful! I got my supplies very quickly and I was very pleased with the product

I accidentally had ordered the wrong catheters and they sent out new ones the same day i called!! I also was running low and they immediately sent out samples. Great customer service :) love to see it, especially if you need medical supplies to survive lol
