The order is incorrect. I don't know whose fault it is, but it is wrong and this is not the first time!! The representative was nice enough, but most of the items are of no use.

I ordered a refill and rec'd a call that due to logistics they were out of the catheters but could send a 30 day (rather than 90 day) supply of a similar item and then would call again a month or so later re the original order. I accepted this, however in the past when I have deferred the refill order til later, oftentimes I never rec'd a call. Will see how it works this time.

I've always, several years, had great success with your company. However, this order came with wrong product. How the mixup I don't know. But I'll wait till next order to get correct product. All is well Thank you

Almost missed getting my supplies on time

Customer service is excellent, but the app leaves something to be desired. I placed my re-order on the app, but did not receive the order in a timely manner as I usually do. I checked the app and every day it said the order was awaiting processing. Finally I called and was told that the reason was a new prescription was needed from my PCP; however I never received a message to that effect, AND it proved not to be true! When I called customer service they were very helpful, realized that I did not need a new prescription and expedited the order. There has to be a way to inform the consumer if a new prescription is needed; also, why was a new one required when it was not necessary (nothing changed in the current order from previous one).

THEY WERE VERY POLITE,PLEASANT AND HELPFUL WHEN I WANTED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. THEY TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND TOOK ALL THE INFORMATION. HOWEVER, I ASKED THEM TO CALL ME IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES SETTING UP THE ACCOUNT AND SHIPPING THE SUPPLIES. I WAITED ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND HEARD NOTHING SO I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE WAITING FOR MY DOCTOR TO SEND THE RX..I CALLED MY DOCTOR AND WAS TOLD THEY SENT THE RX ON AUGUST 1 ( THE DAY I OPENED THE ACCOUNT) AND WOULD SEND ANOTHER. THAT WAS AUG 12. I FINALLY CALLED AGAIN ON AUG.15 AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER WAS READY TO SHIP..IT ARRIVED ON AUG.2O. THE ORDER WAS CORRECT AND I HOPE THINGS CONTINUE TO GO WELL. THE OTHER COMPANY WE USED FOR 6 YEARS WAS NOT VERY RELIABLE.

Very professional on the phone and very quick delivery but a substitution in what was ordered.

I have nothing but good things to state about my experience with Comfort Care. Reina and all the others have been more than helpful to me. Keep up the great work!!!
