I called Comfort Medical, asked to speak to a representative and was told that someone would take the information and Comfort Medical would call back. I gave them the info, never received a call back so I have no way of knowing whether my issue was resolved or not.

I called 3 different days. Had a very hard time getting to speak to someone. Kept being told it was coming the next day until we finally got it on Saturday. Never did get an email telling me it would be shipped. Was told it was coming from a warehouse in VA and then told it was coming out of Raleigh NC. When I got the box it came out of Texas.

This is the 4th order u got wrong.

Once I spoke with a care service provider, everything was awesome. The current call-in system with the callback method does not work well for some. At work, I cannot always answer my phone. It took me 9 business days to finally speak with a rep.

The billing department did not send me a bill for about 4-6 months. When they did - I found out that they did not file with my secondary insurance (Blue Shield). When I originally placed my orders - I was advised that my insurance would cover my caths. I called the billing department on 4/19 and provided my ins info again. I called again 5/30 to see if it was paid. The response was: no record of my secondary insurance and the billing department would call me back. NO CALLS! Otherwise, your customer service is excellent. Sorry, to complain about the billing dept.

My reminder was not coming in my email. Had to call in, and then things were fine. But I wonder if things are straightened out yet.

Whenever I call Comfort Medical, I have to wait over 30 minutes to get through to someone. Every time I call I hear the same recording about how they are experiencing higher than normal call volume. Guess what? If it’s every time, then this is your normal call volume. Stop using this as an excuse to not hire more agents. Customer service is unsatisfactory!

Box received and was a mess. Box crushed. Supplies were ok after closer inspection.
