The request for extra so I did not finish the produce before I returned from travel was handled very well. The regular supply however did not arrive on time. I had to recall and then because of a three day weekend it arrived after the produce was finished. I actually reduced cath to cover this delay once products did not arrive on Friday.

When my box arrived the insides were not packed . Everything was just tossed inside, and some of the boxes were crushed. but not damaged. I also needed 2 boxes of skin prep barrier wipes instead of 1. Thank you, Kathy Prater

This is the first time they sent me the wrong cathaters and I am still waiting for the correct ones.

There was some confusion on getting/receiving a bew script. I seems like it took about 45 days? Not sure about timeliness, but when I got order shipped it seemed as if the script was sitting there waiting. Overall very satisfied with company the past few years.

Well, last month, they sent me diapers instead of my a ostomy supplies. This month I ask about a hernia belt which delayed all of my supplies for three weeks and they did send me a hernia belt but it’s a little too small. I would prefer they asked what size I needed and with two months of late supplies. I’m running a little thin would you have done really good up till then hopefully will get back on the path I know I don’t order regular because what I’m getting is a little more than I need so I have to wait to order but if we took a cut in half, I wouldn’t have enough.

Phone wait times LONG and you get a service not a representative who can help. Service that takes information promises a call back in 24 hours however on FRIDAY it is impossible as you are closed Saturday and Sunday. 9-5 is very difficult for those of us who work full time and there is no online option that I know of. I used to get emails when product shipped and arrived but not this last 2 shipments...they have my email as I confirmed it last conversation. My order was changed without communicating to me it would revert back to my prior supplies. I contacted the MD and he sent a signed prescription. Apparently that does not work. You need the signed CM form. No one called to tell me this a week later. It has been 2 weeks and no correct flanges have been sent. I am very disappointed in this last interaction and shipment. Have used CM for 2 years and NEVER had these hoops to jump through. Hope it gets figured out and returns to the service of prior or I will be finding a new provider. It just too way too much time and energy to figure this all out and the only thing I did was place a re-order.

I requested a reorder via email 5/5. Number one problem- there is no indication from Comfort Medical that the request was received. Clients need some type of confirmation. And certainly if there is a problem, Comfort Medical needs to reach out to the client. That was my problem #2. I realized on 5/19 that I have not received my catheters and I was on my last box. I spoke with Michelle and then a manager, Maria. She said they hadn’t received a new prescription from the Dr even after reaching out. I called my Dr’s office - they had not received a request from Comfort Medical. I found out that they were calling my old Dr even though I had updated the info in April. I was told by Maria they would look into my reorder and Michelle would call me back on May 22. I did not receive a phone call back. I called Aetna on 5/23 to explain I was having a problem getting supplies or answers from Comfort Medical. A three way call was set up and we spoke to Vanessa. I then asked for a manager and I spoke to Cynthia. She was finally the 1st person on the Comfort Medical side to find the problem. Within a few minutes, she saw that there was a problem with the diagnosis on the prescription. She got it all taken care of. I am very appreciative of Cynthia, but why did it take from 5/5 reorder email until 5/23 to rectify the problem. And I spoke to 4 different people, 2 of which were managers. I explained to Cynthia it is important for clients to have communication from Comfort Medical, especially on those reorders. And perhaps retraining for some staff on rectifying problems. I changed suppliers because of these types of problems, so I hope to see an improvement with Comfort Medical. I really don’t want to change again. Please feel free to reach out to me.

I have consistently been unable to speak to anyone without a BERY LONG hold. Also consistently not getting calls back when I choose the option for a call back. Also have been sent incorrect orders on multiple occasions. I am becoming very concerned about the lack of consistent customer service with this company.
