I used to get my catheters and other supplies from Byram Healthcare. After quite a few years of just terrible service, my supplies would be late, missing, they would never call me to let me know what’s going on. I would have to call and I’d be put on hold for 30 to 45 minutes up to an hour sometimes waiting for a customer representative to pick up. Once they picked up and they look up my account online they still didn’t know what was going on sometimes would say I’m sorry. Last month when I called Byram I said I have no catheters left what’s going on they couldn’t tell me, I asked for a supervisor, and they said she’s busy she will call you back. She never called back. I called again the next day to ask what’s going on they had no record of my calls, that’s when I said enough is enough . After so many years I called my doctors office and asked my doctor to recommend another company for me. Comfort Medical was recommended to me. I gave them a call, and they were so polite, so friendly made everything easy for me. They even called my doctor to get all the information and what I needed . Within a matter of days I got my new catheters and supplies from them I couldn’t believe how easy it was. The customer representatives were very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable and getting through to them was quick and easy. I wasn’t put on hold for a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes up to one hour, like before with the other company. I couldn’t be happier with Comfort Medical . Keep up the great work.

Happy with the deliver, which was quick and quality of the product. The bag was a very nice addictive. As a newbie to theses bags, some other supplies would be nice, like the proper scissors to cut hole in bags and some wipes.
