I called to ask question on delivery date. The CS person looked up my account and provided me the expected date for delivery and discussed billing, I received my order on Saturday, the day after initial date, but that FEDEX delivery. CS also called back on Monday 08/29/22 to inquire if received my order and contents as expected. They advised I will receive and email 2 weeks before my quantity is used to make a re-order, so to not run out. Good Job.

Great company fast friendly service they take care of all my needs

We were having trouble with a competitor in getting the preferred catheters that I have been using for several years. Comfort Medical met my needs with little to no effort required from me. They even took care of contacting our Medicare provider for coverage. We are completely satisfied and grateful to have found Comfort Medical.
