They did great on obtaining prescriptions and the necessary documentation of overutilization. Faith did great with follow up during the process. My order didn't contain the hangers for the bedside/overnight urine bag, and I never had them as separate items. It's also a little inconvienient that Comfort Medical doesn't carry drain sponges for a suprapubic catheter. I thought this was a standard item for a suprapubic, and don't see how it's considered wound care.

I only received 4 of the dispoz-a-bag with the flip-flo valve, 19 oz. It said there were 6, but there were not.

I receive emails at least once weekly stating that is time to re-order when I have plenty...when I do call..the non-english speaking tech asks me how much I have left...I told her 4 weeks...she said she would call back in 3 weeks...I received an email the day...I clicked the reorder button and my order was placed

The adhesive remover wipes do not work. Need to figure out a way to get adhesive remover in liquid form up here to alaska. Wether it is in a squeeze bottle or a pump spray. I understand that you can not send aerosol but there must be a different method. It is painful trying to use those wipes!!!!

I am a friend who helped out with this transaction. She was unable to get supplies as previously so we were desperate to get more for her as she was about to run out. After several calls the supplies were sent over night, but not the quantity requested so another call was made to complete the order. The supplies were a good quality (she had gotten poor unusable ones from another company). Thank you.

My experience was disappointing in the beginning. The product and insurance took longer than anticipated. Your service people were good about following up with the free samples arriving in the for my trip. Thank you for the free samples

Very pleased, however instead of waiting for you to call to reorder, we found a different appliance that works much better and would like to order now!
