After several days of panic waiting for my order, I finally called only to learn that my account was very messed up. Again! I ended up getting supplies from Amazon. My 3 month order went in on June 27, I did not receive it until July 12th. If it is going to take 2 weeks to get a delivery, I suggest your customers get a 2 week lead on their order. It's just too stressful to run out of product.

Never received an email confirmation as promised or tracking information. Slow shipping. Not packed well as medical supplies opened up and were rolling around inside the shipping box. If reading this review, I would recommend another medical supply company.

This was the first time I ordered from your automated robo call. I received the wrong catheter. Straight tip instead of curved that my Dr changed me too. I can use the ones you sent but please take me off your robo call list. You have very friendly staff who care about you as a customer which I prefer to talk to. I received my order about a week ago but not sure of date.

Everything was fine

I had to call 3 times because no one called me back as they said they would. I got no explanation of what the issue with the insurance was and when I received my order I only received a 20 day supply instead of the 30 day supplies I received the month before and have a script on file for. So now I will have to make a 4th call to find out why that is.

Your sales people are A plus. Once I get hold of a person You get an A rating but the effort and lengths I have to go to in order to place an order deserve an F rating. Your website is pitiful. It does not allow me to change or add quantities. I have been complaining about this since I started with you all, and Im always told “ yes, we are working on it” How long does it take to make those changes ? Something is pitifully wrong. I don’t know where the problem is, but heads need to roll somewhere.

The box containing the catheters was excessively large and and not sealed properly. The seal was hanging by a thread. This is not the first time it has occurred.

You send out email to confirm reorder. Never shipped, no confirmation, I have to call a number of times to try to see if there is or is not an order being processed. Then you have to spend extra funds for overnight air shipment. Every order is the same! This has to be costing you a fortune in turning up customer, service, people, warehouse, etc. anxiety and part of your customers must be extreme. Your product is outstanding, but please get something done regarding your order processing.
