I called on Tuesday of this week about my daughter's next shipment of Peristeen supplies. We were almost out. When I called Comfort they were very friendly and helpful. I was told someone had called our home about the next order, but no one returned their call. My request was to have email confirmations going forward so these verifications wouldn't be missed. I asked if it were possible to have them shipped overnight which they indicated they could do, but first had to confirm verification of need from my daughter's doctor for insurance purposes (no problem). They indicated they would send email once doctor confirmed and then they would overnight the supplies. After no email confirmation for 3 days, I called the doctor to see if anything had been sent to them for verification. They said no. I called Comfort back on that same Friday and left a message that we needed info on these supplies. I received email confirmation from Comfort that Saturday morning that the supplies were shipped and would arrive another 2 days later on Monday (not overnight). We were not super pleased with this experience with Comfort, especially for such needed supplies.

Extremely difficult to reach someone who can actually help. Dropped calls. Failure to contact client when information needed to confirm order. When you finally reach someone they are usually very helpful, but no follow through when issues are resolved.

Finding out if you order supplies at the beginning of the new year it will not happen like your normal order does. They have to reverify everyone's insurance and so you are left waiting for verification and when you are in need of your supplies, this isn't good.

Terrible phone support. Spent over 90 minutes on hold to get a live person. She then passed me on to someone else!! Blamed it on computers.

Took 5 weeks to get product because the company did not notify me of issues they were having and only after about 10 phone calls from me was the situation finally rectified..frustrating and disappointing.

It took over 3 weeks to get my order even after the doctor signed the prescription even though I was told 5-7 days originally. I called after 8 days and was told they were very sorry but somehow my order hadn't shipped. This was on a Friday afternoon and they said they would overnight the order on Monday when they reopened. On Wednesday of the next week I had still not received my order and called back and was told my doctor didn't sign the prescription (nothing mentioned about that the call before), they were sorry and would overnight it as soon as the doctor signed. Called back on Friday of that week and was told by the supervisor I asked to speak with that it was in the warehouse and hadn't shipped with no explanation as to why and no offer to overnight and I didn't receive it until the following Tuesday. I was down to 3 colostomy bags and was very nervous during a time that was very stressful for me. I am having my reversal surgery soon and am glad that I won't need more supplies because I would not want to deal with this company again.

I can not get an answer anytime I call and when I press1for callback…no one calls back

The customer service representatives have always been so nice and helpful. However, it took us about 2 months for us to receive catheters for my son this year ( a refill - from July- September). This was the second time we’ve ordered. We ordered a lot last year and didn’t need to reorder until this year. I had to call several times to find out the status. I provided my email address and informed the person whom I spoke with to let me know if they run into any problems. The only time I received a follow-up is when the product was shipped. First, a new prescription was needed along with a report, next, the doctor’s office did not respond. I had to call Comfort Medical several times to inquire whether they received what was required. Each time I was informed, but no one bothered to email/call me. The follow-up with orders need to improve. Other then that, the product is excellent.
