These people are so helpful and polite - the orders have been on time and accurate. I do appreciate the special care they give to me. My only problem has been with things being filed correctly with my insurance co.

I've had a good experience

They do very well in calling before sending 90-day supplies, and tjen they arrive promptly. The few times in more than two years using them, the few times I have had to call with a questionn or problem, they are very pleasant and always get the situation fixed. Very good customer service.+ The company I used previously was awful, so it is a pleasure dealing with Comfort Medical.

Comfort has been great, but the last three orders had no sachets of lubricant. I've made one of your reps aware of that and she was very apologetic. So, thanks.

I like it very much minus having to seek products at another site for supplies. It depends on the representative actually; most will find , confirm and send the products, while other reps send you off on your own to do their job for them. And there not having a product-line on their own site is unusual. So hire, train and monitor employees tighter, including site-technitions and I'd give'm 5 stars.
