Comfort Medical called me while I was in the hospital recently while recovering from colonostopy surgery. Though overwhelmed, they called me to check in to see what I might need, new product wise. Moving forward I am staying with Comfort Medical for my products, both ostomy and uristomy.

All of the processes used to supply my medical devices have been satisfactory. However, I would prefer to have communications occur via e-mail rather than on the phone by a recording. I would also like to be able to track the shipments, questions I may have, and financial transactions as they pertain to my products on line. There does not appear to be any means to do that.

I was directed to Comfort Medical, from the actual manufacturer of Coloplast products! Although the beginning of my process was very rocky, when things smooth out, it was all I needed.

Overall everyone was very helpful I getting my first order placed. There was a bit of a hang up in getting it sent out between Doctor's prescription and insurance verification. Everything did get resolved and I received my order very quickly.

All went welll throughout the process. The people were kind and professional. I only had one mishap and that was when the representative said my package was being sent, I thought she meant to my Alaska address and instead was sent to my Washington state address. But I must say, it was I who did not confirm the address so that was on me.
