Your new computer system.

It takes a week to get the medical supplies needed. Some of the staff I have worked with on the phone do not know what they are doing. I have found this company to be very difficult to work with especially when it comes to processing insurance claims.

I was sent the wrong supplies. I requested the mio 2 piece system and I received the 1 piece system. I'm allergic to the adhesive on the 1 piece system and they leak really bad. I can't use these bags. I need them replaced with the mio 2 piece system ASAP because I have colonostomy scheduled soon and will be going through a lot of bags. Can we get this issue resolved soon?

Do not like method when call to place order - someone takes message and then someone else in theory calls back in 24-48 hours. Then if miss that call have to go through same process again.

The past two orders have had problems. This order took longer to ship than in the past and required a follow up call to check status. In addition I was shorted two items. Fortunately the rep that I deal with resolved both problems very efficiently. I find the new phone systems very frustrating to use. I prefer to deal with one rep but trying to get to her is very time consuming.

You got my last order wrong TWICE, shipping the wrong quantities of catheters.
