I tried to call a order in and could not get to talk to any one so i ask for a call back which i never received so i had a message to have my previous order shipped which was for 3- item # 6212061, 3- 5018374, and 3- 5079300. And they sent me 3- 62120061, 12 - 5014204, 3 -5018374, 3 -5078500, and 6 -508805 on order #1076054325, order was shipped on 6/30/2023

I was not notified there was an unexpected four day delay in shipping my order because the servers at comfort medical lost my insurance information. They should have called me immediately and I could have helped out in order to receive my order on the date I was given/when they were needed. I called five times in a day to confirm my insurance was billed correctly and no one picked up. A different day I reached a messaging service that promised to call me back within 24 hours and I was never given a call back.

Emily's supplies came in a large box that was already open. Her colostomy supplies looked as if they were thrown in. I have never ever had supplies come this way. Some of the boxes were already open and crushed. I am currently looking for a different supplier.

I did not receive a delivery date .I was in the process of cancelling my orders but I need my supplies.But I am thinking about changing companies.I still have not received my urostomy supplies.

It was way too difficult to actually get somebody on the phone who could take my order, while I was desperate for supplies cause I couldn't get anyone to call me back for over a week. The app is messed up and you can't order off it, so you HAVE to speak to a person.. that's hard to do when nobody answers the phone!

The wait time for CServ rep is WAY too long!!! This has been an ongoing problem that seems to be escalating. I have tried loading the app to prevent this from happening although that, too, is a problem with either my iPhone and/or MacBookAir. It simply won't allow me to download.

The wait time to reach a representative with a simple question was excessive. I ended up going to the app where I was able to change the order. It was not clear to me that you could change the order online, but seems it is.

I called and left a message from a lady that answered the phone, and asked her to postpone my delivery for two weeks before they were to be sent on May 24th. When I arrived home from a trip, not only were they sent, but you shipped 9 boxes! It will take me some time to use all of these catheters that I now have. Please do not mail anymore until you hear from me.
