We Love your product! Delivered in a timely manner! We use the Bard Touch-less Plus Unisex Intermittent catheter Kits! In last order we have noticed that the 3 iodine swabs were in paper/foil packaging not the shiney foil packaging. Which is harder to open and messy. The former foil packs were cut on both sides for easy opening and no spills. Would prefer the foil!

I have no complaint except for the billing process. I would like to get a bill with the shipment or shortly thereafter. Sometimes I have waited a year for a bill and the bill is not correct. I keep every packing slip and I know what I owe, but it doesn’t agree with what they say I owe. My husband has called twice about the billing, but they can’t explain the over charging.

I have been using Comfort Medical for almost a year. The quality of the supplies is good as is the customer service. Generally, the supplies arrive in 3 to 5 business days. However, they do offer free expedited shipping if you are really low on your supplies. I like & appreciate that they take care of the filing of the insurance claims. I didn't give them a 5 star rating because I do not fine anything exceptional or above average about the products or the customer service. Moreover, I think that their supplies are more expensive than some other suppliers/vendors that I have use. I anticipate that once I'm feeling up to it I will shop around for a cheaper supplier.

Prompt with the calls to set up next delivery. Didn't complete one order and slow on one other. All other orders/deliveries have been fine.
