Originally I called and was told that my insurance wasn't taken by them but within the week I received an order.

I like being notified about different stages of the ordering and delivery process. I would like to get emailed to confirm my order and what was ordered, notified when the order is sent to the doctor, notified when the doctors order is received, notified when the order is shipped. A customer service rep explained to me that if I don't hear from them that it means there are no problems. That is not true always and when it is not true it can cause more problems. It is easy to have your computers send out automatic emails at each stage of the process to give peace of mind to your customers.

They have always been very professional, never push items but they always if you have enough of an item. They end the conversation by Thanking you for shopping with them and if they can be of service in the future then call.

They have been very helpful and timely with the supplies I need.

TRemendously helpful and very efficient. Great customer service. My only caveat (therefore not 5 stars) is I WISH they took internet orders. Calling them is not always convenient (hours of operation) and I would like to have internet ordering ability. Otherwise, 5 stars.
